It also increases your energy and strengthens your nervous system." These tablets are not very large. They are easy to swallow and provide an added calcium bonus. There have been no ill effects.

I can't really tell if it provides an energy boost but seems ok so far. No side effects. The pill is round and wide, pink for some reason I don't even want to ask about. Being wide, it is not so easy to swallow.
