It really works! I noticed an huge improvement in fuller skin and visually reduced the pore size, and I have only started to take this two weeks ago. I also added exercising to my schedule and bunch of other supplements but I think this probably has the most impact.

I have chronic insomnia. My doctor told me to try Glycine 3 capsules (3000 mg) at bedtime and that was 4 years ago. The brand I was using was great until the price tripled. I found this brand for less than $10/bottle. I tried it and quickly signed up for Subscribe & Save and got my second bottle a week later. Unfortunately for me the company couldn't deliver. It was always delayed or out of stock. I never received another bottle! Also when I got the first bottle it read Glycine 3000 mg thinking I only had to take 1 capsule at bedtime. I read the label and they were only 1000 mg capsules which meant I had to take 3 at bedtime which actually cost me more.

Of all the different sleep aids, this has had a profound impact that I realized after the first night.I am experiencing a deeper, harder-to-disturb sleep and I can tell the energy-level increase the next day. I use a smart bed/cover (Eight Sleep) and I can see in the data, which tracks how much time spent in REM/Light/Deep sleep, and the data speaks for itself, with my REM having improved from ~17% to 20% - 25%. This increase is having a great effect.It is also having a mellowing effect, which I'm finding is actually better than Cortisol blockers/inhibitors I've previously tried.Lastly, I'm noticing that I am having fewer dopamine-seeking distractions during the day which is helping me stay more focused on work, which is huge for me as I have bad ADHD. I tried this Glycine supplement on the recommendation of my sleep coach. Wish I had tried this years ago.

I've used a number of Horbaach products over the years and they worked well enough and consistently enough that I can tell when something's off about a new batch. My last order of supplements from this brand was a complete dud. Not sure what to make out of this, I contacted the company about their "Laboratory Tested, Trusted Ingredients, Superior Quality" claims and asked to see those lab tests.Understand that there is absolutely nothing in a lab test like this that should be secret - the product either is what the vendor says it is, or it isn't. While I haven't done it frequently, I have on occasion requested product tests from other reputable supplement companies, and I've never been refused before.Much to my surprise, they refused to provide those results, claiming they contained 'proprietary information'. I pressed back, replying that there's nothing proprietary about a quality test, and even if there was something of that nature on the document, it could easily be redacted. I pointed out that the only reason to refuse my request is if the product wasn't actually tested as claimed, or it didn't contain what was claimed. They stood fast.There are other reviews on this product, and in other Horbaach product reviews, indicating customers have asked to see test results and been refused. This wasn't the only Horbaach product I was using, but I'm steering wide of the company from now on. I seriously recommend others do the same.
