I liked being able to get a good sleep because I could breath through my nose again.

I can't make it through cold or allergy season without this and their throat spray. I use the throat spray more frequently as it helps with talking all day and voice strain. I was a little concerned about putting propolis up my nose, it tends to be pretty sticky, but this spray is lovely. This isn't a nasal spray that is just for when you are sick and stuffy, it's not a saline spray. It's great for immunity at anytime (a necessity for flights and crowded areas). I use this in dryer weather and hotels as well as it has helped tremendously with nosebleeds.I have tried some of their capsules as well, they're wonderful, but pricey. The Throat Guardian and Nasal Guardian in my opinion are like the first lines of defense and affordable.

the product was damaged, but it seemed to clear up my sinuses really well!:)
