Excellent quality and effective
I had very low levels of vitamin D for years and my dr wanted me to start supplementing. After several months of taking this supplement I had labs drawn again and my D level was finally in the healthy range! My dr told me that obviously my supplement was being absorbed properly and to continue taking it. I’ve tried other brands before and didn’t experience a marked improvement. I also use the B vitamins from this brand and feel great on them. I will definitely continue to purchase these supplements.

Vit D - it's good for you!!
Really like this vitamin D. You literally get almost a years worth but because my Mom and I split it we get about 5 months worth so still an amazing deal! The price was amazing and I got my Mom's bloodwork back and her vitamin D level was at 75 which is very good - especially for her age which is nearly 80. I have heard that Vit. Liars, full of chemicals, level still low, I pad to ship back to them
After strict daily consumption, My blood work camr back super low... I switched to a high quality liquid that was pricey from my functional med MD and it finally worked. What’s worse, this company asked me to send it back for a refund so they could test it and then they made me pay for shipping when it was a prime item!!!

small, easy to swallow and very high dosage of D3
I love these vitamins! They are the perfect size for swallowing. I have a problem swallowing pills so I was concerned that they would be too big. Not at all. I also chew them and wash them down with water. They are very water soluble and have a good clean taste, if you can get that. Not too vitaminy or too mediciney just clean, very organic like taste. For those who have the same swallowing issue as myself. Get these vitamins. They are great and makes you good!
