I've had my Plantronic's earpiece for three years and the covering on the earpiece was no longer working. So I purchased these AvimaBasics Premium Quality Replacement Eartips Ear Gels from Amazon. The medium fits perfectly and the Ear Loop keeps it secure on my ear. I'm very pleased with this product! Would recommend to Family and Friends! They are comfortable and secure in my ear as they should be and the Loop gives added security of the earpiece staying on. Great product!

I bought these in an effort to make my Plantronics Voyager (3200) ear piece finally fit securely on my ear. The factory insert is a flimsy rubber loop that has never worked well and it constantly fell out. This over the ear clip fits on the inside portion of the shaft that connects the receiver to the portion that goes inside your ear. It allows you to keep the OEM rubber insert on, which helps with sound and comfort. My only concern is the over the ear clip is made from a hard plastic and will probably snap at some point in the future, but it fits well and is very comfortable to wear. I like it enough and it is cheap enough to just buy a back up clip for if/when it breaks.

I prefer the "long stem" earbuds that are round instead of square. If you have looked around Amazon you know what I mean. The earbuds that are more rounded on top are the ones that came with my Bluetooth originally and I wanted exact replacements. These are the ones! I ordered the large long stem earbud and 3 of them came in the package. No ear hooks but that's okay because I don't want those anyway. Just 3 brand new large long stem earbuds. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

No problems so far, short term durability is no problem. Seem to hold better than cheaper ones (but not as longer as the original ones)

They were to small, will be ordering the next size up.

If you need replacement earpieces these are the ones to get exactly like the original and I didn't really want to buy another Bluetooth cuz I love this one and 4 in order for me to use it I had to get these parts so it is what it is
