I bought this beautiful set of dinner ware for Christmas. I loved them the minute I saw them. My order arrived in 4 different boxes with one bowl missing and one chipped plate. I emailed the Company directly as I had bought the dinner set on amazon and was not sure how to deal with the issue.May I just say, this company got on it in one day even though they are in the U.K.. I got an email the next day and was very happy as the company had already sent a replacement plate and another bowl. This went so smoothly and much faster than I expected. They back up their guarantee and the produce is superiors. This company will not disappoint.:)

These plates are so beautiful and sturdy they arrived quickly even coming from the UK,. Emailed the owner of the company regarding an Issue that I thought I had LOL he respond very quickly, I highly recommend this dinnerware set. Great time Great Company

They are perfect!

Ordered these for my sister in September but she never received the package. Contacted City Cottage after a week because the package said lost and was advised on 9.25 that they can refund my money or I could wait 3 to 4 weeks for a replacement set. We opted to wait since my sister liked the set. I am 5 weeks in and still no replacement and no further update from the company regarding the status. This is a $300 set and you would think the company would ensure a replacement shipped was sent in the agreed time frame. Just checked the site and it says the plates are in stock so what’s the issue? Just submitted for a refund cause to continue to wait is ridiculous especially since the company is obviously not tracking the issue.

Just perfect. My daughter is thrilled with this set of dishes. Customer service was fabulous.
