Tiny dose, mostly tasteless, effective
My teens can use a tiny dose a few days per week to increase vitamin D levels. It literally takes 10 seconds for me to use the dropper to squirt a dose under their tongue. My daughter’s level (tested during bloodwork) increased to normal levels after 2 weeks.

Not that I want to buy this but…this works!
I hate buying this “because my mom needs it”, but to be honest with you, this stuff really works. I can’t say I like the glass bottle (because I’m a klutz and broke one and had to order another but I’ll keep buying this as long as they keep selling it. I’m not even sure what vitamin d is supposed to even do for the body but since she’s come home from the hospital and the doctor told me she needed this, her hair is now CURLY and not fried and her nails have grown really long and now they’re strong. Even her skin looks healthier. Definitely a great value for what you pay for it. Thank you!

Vitamin D3 Vegan liquid
I was placed on Vitamin D3z by my primary care team. However, the pills irritated my stomach, causing pain. My sister(who is a nurse) suggested switching to the liquid vitamin D. It was a Godsend. It has caused no pain and I immediately saw a difference in my hair growth as it began to thicken in̈ places where it had previously become very thin. I am so grateful for this brand. It is odorless and tasteless. However, I sometimes follow taking it with a drink of juice.

Actually sketchy marketing, customer service. Product theoretically a good idea.
Marketing and customer service info all over the place. Makes me question whether the ingredients are actually as marketed.2024/12/16 Called customer service to ask how many I.U. were in the 1/2 ml serving size listed on the received bottle. They said they had a labelling change and weren't allowed to say (???) then said 4000 I.U. Amazon site on the same day said 5000 I.U. for the same dosage. Deceptive and/or incompetent?Then asked how many drops made up 1/2 ml. Said they didn't know despite providing a dropper as the dispensing device. Sure we can search 10 drops per 1/2 ml for a liquid of generic viscosity, but it would take them just a tiny bit of effort to get the number of drops per serving for this particular oil rather than consumers having to guess or try to measure 1/2 ml (measuring small amounts of liquid difficult due to surface tension/meniscus especially for non-lab trained consumers)Website and packaging say both 1/2 ml and 1 ml are serving sizes. Deceptive and/or incompetent?But once you raise deceptive/incompetence issues, does that extend to the actual product?Maybe more recent packaging have consistent and complete dosage instructions.Liquid vegan D3 is theoretically a good idea. Product actually tastes like near flavorless coconut oil.
