I did my due diligence researching Methyl vit B12 and opted for LiquidHealth brand. I have no regrets, as I noticed a huge shift in energy! My bloodwork showed my b12 needed a boost, and I was feeling like my old self in only a few days! Although the flavor is watermelon, I'm not sure I get that, but it's pleasant to take. The dropper is glass, and easy to administer. Stores in the top of my fridge door, so I see it, and take it once a day. Will be ordering more, even as a gift for the person that has everything!

Taste great! Measurements on the dropper makes it easy to give to my 9 year old; which is half of the adult dosage
