they didnt give any options to ship next day and they send USPS 3 day mail. read the rest of the reviews. i ordered before and it was great just make sure its winter time. the dryice was melted and warm.

For the cost of the cheese and coming in a compacted block itf is very difficult to use. It was very expensive and not at all the flavor and product quality I expected.. I felt like I was sold this out off false pretenses Even if you look at the picture it doesn't look at all what it is. Will not purchase ever again.

The cheese is absolutely delicious. I have the review 3-Star because the cheese was half melted together when I received it. That is a reflection of the poor shipping parameters used by the shipper for a temperature sensitive product, not a reflection on the quality of the cheese itself.
