Pleased with my purchase
I read a lot of different review before deciding on this knife. I'm very pleased with the purchase.Impressions: sharp, sturdy, serrated edge will certainly saw through the bait. I have not had any rust problems in the limited time I've owned it.Going in my tackle bag, I needed something with a sheath that was not too long. This certainly fits the bill. I like the way the sheath is designed to let air in to help dry the blade out. Also, with a four inch blade it will fit inside my tackle bag with no problems.As another reviewer mentioned, the sheath cover is very tight. It is certainly not going to slip off by accident. The location of the sheath release is on the blade side, so you do need to be careful when taking it off (let's make sure that the sheath is the only thing you take off).I'm not a professional fisherman, just one who enjoys the piers and surf every now and then. This is a great fit for me.

Cheap, tough knife. Great for bait.
I've been using these knives for the last few years on my boat. These things hold up great in the marine environment. I use them mostly for cutting bait, line and whatever else is needed. It is nice to have a cheap knife that you can abuse and just throw out at the end of the season if it's too beat up.The corrosion resistance of this knife is very good. The hard case is s great safety feature, it stays on very securely. The blade is sharp but very thick almost like a clam shucker. I always have 3 of these on my boat, they are very handy.

Solid bait knife
Knife is great but sheath is a little hard to use

Great and cheat little knife
Always in my tackle box, this knife is sharp, durable and cheap enough where if I lose it I won't be upset. I clean the blade after a day of fishing and put a little oil on it just to help it past even longer. The handle is very comfortable to hold and grip. I cut squid, minnows and shrimp with it directly on wooden piers and beach rocks, no problem. Holds a edge quite well given the cheap price.
