I just received this today and it was delivered faster than expected. Item appears just like you see it in the photos. The canvas feels like the heavy canvas you get with military gear and I doubt it would ever tear. The leather straps and zipper pulls are nice and thick and I imagine they will last a long time. Very impressed with the amount of zipper pockets. The zippers are a very sturdy construction. My favorite feature is the zipper pocket on the front which would rest against your back when worn. Great place to put your wallet and not exposed to people with sticky fingers.I plan to use this bag as my carry on at the airport and as my day bag while I am on two weeks vacation. It looks like it can easily hold a change of clothing, laptop, cell phone, wallet and other small items you need throughout your day. If the bag does not survive the wear and tear I would be surprised. But if it does fail I will be sure to update this review.

Quality all the way!!! Wow, this pack is better than expected, very well built and real 100% heavy leather accents. Was really impressed by the leather as it is the real deal, something we hardly ever see anymore. The weight and quality of the canvas is impressive, a very tight weave and that little bit of padding on the bottom of the pack helps protect what's inside and helps keep is great shape so it doesn't look like a santa sac when it is loaded. Only caution is to be careful with the accent buckle strap and don't lengthen to the last hole. Because of the quality of the leather, it may come on done. This happened to me in a store but the clerk found it and mailed it back to me (impressive service). Anyway I am going to figure out a way to make the closure strap stay permanently as one piece as they are strictly decorative. Closure is a mega ethic button underneath. The drawstring on this pack actually works very well, it's not a shoelace type but made from canvas as well, is not too slippery and stays where you position it. Super comfy pack to wear. If this one ever wears out, which is highly unlikely given the quality, I will definitely get another one. Hmmm, maybe I will anyway since I have the khaki one now but would love another color too.
