These pills are huge! They have a smooth coating and it makes them pretty easy to swallow but I do wish they were smaller. Or a capsule would be great. I like that it has so many benefits in one!

I like that it has zinc and vitamin D in addition to the magnesium. Seems to absorb well as no leg cramps

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few months ago so I decided to try calcium. I read that it needs D3 and Magnesium for better absorption. Thus I came across this Maxler Product. It recommends 3 tablets daily. I started with one. Week two, I increased to 2 daily. My nails actually grew which hasn’t happened in several years. They peel. I felt like this is working however I was feeling sick. Flu like symptoms of nausea, joint pain and fatigue. I stopped the pill since it was only new medicine I was taking and gradually felt better. Then decided to try taking 2 per week instead of 2 per day. Once again I became ill. So I no longer take this product. I imagine there are people who can take without any side affects. I believe it is a very strong pill and I was not able to tolerate it. Also important is that I did take with food.
