Aharam Traditional Cuisine of Tamil Nadu

I purchased this as a back-up copy. I bought Aharam years ago and it is my 'go-to' book for cooking Tamil cuisine. My first copy is well loved, and well worn. I own all of S. Radhakrishnan's cookbooks and have even given a copy of Aharam to a new bride who needed to learn how to cook Tamil cuisine. Vegetarian and non-veg are both thoroughly covered. I highly recommend Aharam!
