Bastante cómodos, los utilizo en zapatos que me quedaban un poco más grandes de mi talla y con estas plantillas, además que es más cómodo el caminar, mi pie se ajusta muy bien a dicha talla.

These orthotics appear to be very nice but, unfortunately they are exceptionally wide and almost impossible to fit inside your shoes without cutting them.

Not ONE SIZE FITS ALL. People needing the smaller sizes don't just have extra short toes ..
My doctor recommended these. They didn't work for me!My complaint is that they make each one fit multiple sizes. So smaller people can cut an inch or more off the toe area, but the arch support is still in the wrong position. They combine sizes to save money but one size fits all does NOT apply to products that have arch support, etc. People needing the smaller sizes don't just have extra short toes .. our WHOLE FOOT is smaller. Our arch is proportionately closer to our heels. Trimming off the toe portion of an arch support does not move the arch. Not sure I can return it after I've cut it.
