Offer's good support to the affected joint

This tape is flimsy with poor 'stickability'. Even the ends didn't hold front or back of the knee and the whole tape came off the back of my knee before I even got my tights on! This was despite pushing it into my skin. The tape itself is so light that it offered no support to my tendons/muscles. So disappointing and inconsistent with the description. I can only assume the other reviews are false. The only positive was that the instruction leaflet with different applications was very clear with illustrations and clear steps. Don't waste your money on this product!

It was very easy to use strips are already cut but you can use scissors to cut them more small if you wish to it stays in place until you want to remove it very useful for pain relief regarding muscle pain

The tape works well giving good support and seems to alleviate the pain from the tendons in my arm

Easy to use, not as restrictive as a bandage

At first I found it a bit tricky to put on as i couldn’t see exactly we’re I was placing it .But got it right in the end.It’s doing it’s job supporting my knees I find it easier than knee support as they tend to stop the circulation in my legs .
