These we're my first minimalist shoes. I like them a lot. I bought a second pair, mostly because I don't like to spend a lot of money on shoes and I like the zero drop. At some point the tops will separate from the soles. I used super glue to extend their life (totally worth it). Perhaps the manufacturer could use a better glue, since the soles outlive the glue, but, really, for the price I don't expect them to last forever.

Been running and walking in them for a week, they seem great so far!

These are very heavy shoes compared to similar shoes I have owned. They seem very well made and would be excellent for trail running. The only problem I anticipate is that the shoelace holes don’t have metal grommets, so I can see them wearing poorly. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase and quality of the product.

Being a stroke survivor who has had to learn how to walk again, minimalst shoes give my brain much needed feedback on my terrain, and the lack of bulk is very helpful when dealing with bad balance and ataxia. Having been a Vibram user in the past, I needed a more cost effective version of this style. These go on easily, and can drop in the washing machine when needed.My main complaint is the lack of durability in the soles. I have an irregular gait due to the stroke, and I have worn holes in two pairs of left shoes in under a year. It would be a bigger issue if these were not affordable. I understand it would be difficult to make them more wear resistant and keep the pliability.
