Was good while it lasted
I really liked this knife - it was easy to sharp and pleasure to use. The handle looks really nice as well. However after a half a year the handle started wobble just a little bit and after a year it just fell off. Not sure what was exact reason. However I'm giving it a benefit of a doubt, as i might have put it to dishwasher once by mistake and it could make this resin handle loose.

Looks can be deceiving
This knife looks great but is not sharp enough. Doesn’t even cut into a tomato

Disappointing
Bought this first a few months ago followed by a set but the Santoku handle has begin to disintegrate wheat. Never soaked or dishwasher, carefully looked after and stored on a magnetic rack. Contacted Rockinghma Forge twice but not even an automated reply.Such a shame as these are beautiful to look at, comfortable, sharp and lovely to hold. No good if they crumble tho and the manufacturer doesn’t seem too fussed.

Looks good
Received this as a gift.Looks good but about as sharp as plastic cutlery. It's going to cost around £60 to send them away to be sharpened.
