UPDATE 2: It took more than a year, $40 USD, and a lot of calls and emails, but I “got” a replacement case. Why “got”? They refuse to ship to Canada, so I had it sent to my sister in Texas, who is holding it for me until we can travel again. If I could go back and do it all again, I’d have spent more money and got a better luggage set. Really not worth it.UPDATE - sent in the warranty claim along with the $40 money order early April as soon as I returned from trip. FYI - luckily I kept the tags that came on the luggage because I needed that for the warranty claim. It’s June 30th - NOT A WORD BACK!!!! So disappointed - be warned!!!!Shell cracked after ONE trip! Bought early specifically for a vacation in March and “return window” closed before we even took our vacation, so can’t return. I will explore a warranty return/replacement, but what a pain. Can’t give zero stars.

The luggage itself seemed of good quality and it was very easy to move around. I would have kept it if the interior wasn’t so flashy and looked a bit kiddish. I wish they showed what the interior of their pink and mint luggage looked like.

This states the carry on is 20” but with the wheels and handle it’s actually 22” making it too big to be a carry on depending on the airline. The big luggage is also actually 30” instead of 28”, which I don’t mind but I have to return because I don’t want to get rejected. Unfortunate because it’s so cute, but based off other reviews maybe I saved myself a headache.

Aunque aún no las he utilizado, se ven de buena calidad, sobre todo las ruedas se notan robustas. Vienen forradas de tela por el interior, una tela gris con estampado de dibujo blanco, bonito. Esta tela es normalita, pero suficiente. La maleta grande es generosa en tamaño, la pequeña esta muy bien para por ejemplo meter los zapatos. Traen su correspondiente candado cada una, ya sabemos que son candados muy simples, por lo que si quieres mas seguridad puedes comprar uno de los buenos, aunque si quieren abrir la maleta la abren de todos modos... esta y cualquiera.En general, muy contento con la compra, una calidad mas que aceptable solo queda ver si mis impresiones son acertadas con el uso y el tiempo. Recomiendo la compra.Como añadido decir, que solo pude escoger las grises con tonos naranjas, y la verdad es que son muy bonitas y elegantes, en las fotos se ven bien, pero en la realidad se ven de otra manera. Muy bonitas.

Hola, acabo de recibir el paquete 📦, el embalaje fue bastante bueno, con doble caja para evitar maltratos a las maletas.Las maletas en sí lucen muy muy bien, tenía temor de que llegarán en otro color ya que he leído reseñas en donde mencionaban que les llegaban de un color distinto al que solicitaban.En mi caso todo bien, al igual que con los cierres y el manubrio. Aún no las checo a detalle pero a primera vista se ven bastante bien en relación calidad precio. Les dejaré 3 estrellas en resistencia ya que también he visto que suelen atrofiarse en los primeros usos veremos qué tal me va.
