VictorinoxWt 6.0 Softside Spinner Luggage

This is my third Victorinox suitcase. Over the years, I have purchased the large 27 inch , medium 25 inch and now the carryon size. Multiple pockets, a packing cube with space for a laptop. Also a suiter which I don’t need. I really love the large case wide pocket on the top with smaller internal pockets. I am glad I got a returned version for $196. It was in perfect, new condition.

Good general design; it's lightweight, rolls fairly easily, though in my opinion no spinner bag does well on anything other than a smooth hard surface. The bag expands admirably to hold lots of stuff.My big problem is that it arrived with a problem with the handle (partly pulled out of the frame). The main reason I went with the extra money for the Victorinox over a non-name-brand bag is that it comes with a 10 year worldwide guarantee, and I live outside of the US. However, when I went to the local Victorinox outlet at first they said they wouldn't cover at all anything bought on Amazon. Then, when I pushed, she phoned someone who said maybe they could cover it, but it's possible there would be a charge for the repair. They took the bag (up to 3 months estimated repair time) and I'm crossing my fingers that there is no additional charge on repairing my new item.

I love Victorinox luggage. But they need to have large, medium, and small options, like everyone else. This small bag might as well be a shaving kit. It doesn't hold enough to last a weekend, unless you're some kind of ascetic monk. Please introduce a medium bag. I'll be happy to check it, if necessary. (I already have a large Victorinox bag, and it's great, but it's too big for weekends). It's as though Victorinox WANTS me to buy SWISSGEAR for weekend trips...

I’ll start with what I do like. The many different pockets in convenient sizes and locations, for the most part. The main cabin is well shaped and sized. It also does look nice.However, it is super annoying that it falls over if you don’t “park it” the right way. What I mean is that if you don’t park the wheels in a certain position the bag falls over immediately. It is super top heavy and I only have a small MacBook and portable charger in the front pocket. The dirty laundry section is also absurdly small you might as well bring a trash bag.
