Very Pleased - Brings Relief!
I am pleasantly surprised how comfortable these are. I don't like tight underwear, but I can wear these all day. They are a nice fabric, and the support from front to back does the job of supporting my prolapse, and they enable me to walk with comfort again, they bring a lot of relief to my condition.I'm a size 14 (UK) and the Large size is perfect. I bought them in black - my only disappointment is that because the black, large size is the most popular, the price is hugely increased at around £15-£20 more than the small, XL, XXL or 3XL which I feel is very unfair - I feel a tad exploited by the price increase just because my size is the most popular. I'd like another pair so might get a medium as they are cheaper.

Helps with support
I only wear them if I have to be out a few hours and they do support my prolapse and the pressure it creates.I don’t wear them in my home it would be to uncomfortable all day. They are expensive but do help

Very supportive but no xs size
The size Small are too big for me so I've had to make do. I've a full prolapse and they are a game changer. I have to keep re tying the wait srings as tight as possible and they are really too big for me all over so I've had to hand sew to try and change the size. Also the are so high waisted they are on my ribcage!! If they fitted I would be giving 5* they do work and are very comfortable. I have the boy short version and they are tighter I ordered these thinking the sizing would be the same. No these are very generous. Anyway they are definitely the best support garment on the market I've brought so far and have helped. I just wish with all my heart they were smaller!!!!

They give good support
These full briefs fit well, my size 'small'. They give good support, they work!! And worth the money. There is a drawstring cord in waist band. I cut away what I could but it is sewn in so you can't remove it completely. They do not give a smooth effect under close fitting clothing.

Too shallow in the waist
I feel this product is trying to be too many things to too many people.I’m not keen on the drawstring waist, which is presumably aimed at women who are pregnant but is totally unnecessary, and a thorough nuisance, to women with a prolapse. I also find them at least five centimetres too shallow from crotch to waist. The result is that instead of resting comfortably at your natural waist, they sit uncomfortably on your hips where they feel like they’re always about to slip down. I now wear them with another pair of higher-waisted pants over the top.Give them a go because the strong band of elastic through the crotch definitely supports you if you have a prolapse, but I really wish the manufacturers would go for two separate designs, one for pregnancy and one for prolapse.

It does actually work - it lifts!
I have a prolapsed uterus which actually protrudes quite a bit so my comments are based on what has helped with this, and these ‘Vulvar Varicosity Briefs’ really have helped.Basically, they are a firm stretchy fabric with a sewn-in, X-shaped reinforcement stretching between the legs with a very slightly thickened central section which stays fairly flat so that it lifts and levels the protrusion – and it really works!I’m 5’2” tall, 42” round the widest part of my hips and gambled on a medium which actually is a good fit on me. They have an adjustable drawstring at the waist which I didn’t even notice when I first wore them and think I’ll probably take out as not needed. When I put them on I pull them up above the curve of my hips (making them very slightly higher at the back/lower at the front). They stay there and are firm but perfectly comfortable, and I wear them over normal knickers so they don’t need to be washed every time. A side effect is that they give a slight degree of support to my stomach which has become increasingly saggy since turning 65.(I also tried a belt type support with a Y-shaped central section going between the legs. It was useless as the central section just molded itself around my protruding uterus and didn’t lift it at all. Also the actual belt was very bulky – although that might not have mattered if it had actually worked.)

These actually work!
I got these and was skeptical they would make any difference for me while I wait for my hysterectomy for my uterine prolapse (it's currently 3/26/24 and my surgery is 5/14/24), as I can feel the pulling and stretching on my pelvis and lower back throughout the day, and would end up being in pain from my hips to my neck by the end of my work day. I also have a sedentary job, so the pressure on my hips didn't help either. However, these actually do the job. I haven't had to use my heating pad all day or take pain pills multiple times today. Seriously worth the money.I have about a 52" hip with a long torso and they fit fine. They sit right below my belly button. They feel like breathable Spanx or similar. They're compression type with a long V shaped strap in the front and the back, which is where a huge amoubt of support comes from. These are a cotton type material that are super soft and are breathable. They also don't look as nearly as... geriatric... as the photos suggest. More like a female version of tighty whities or similar, so like a brief.I also bought the black boy shorts but have not tried those yet.

Too short at the back
These sorts of garments are a "hit" or miss, unfortunately the back of the garment was too short and did not go up to the waist
