Not a comfortable solution
- Rough and thick between legs for a petite woman- Rough Velcro at the hips, sharp edges- Not adjustable for various perineal support, only adjustable around the waistPregnancy comes with enough discomfort, especially if you're someone who gets pelvic varicosities. These are not a good solution and very uncomfortable. I wish I could return them but waited to try them once my bump was growing and now it's past the date

Instant relief
Solves the discomfort pretty much instantly makes regular movements like walking, standing etc much more comfortable. Can be worn for long periods. Undetectable under clothing. Would like to see a softer covering for places where Velcro connects with skin.

Adjustable and doesn’t show underwear lines!
After 3 pregnancies dealing with vulvar varicosities and trying MULTIPLE different compression braces, this is the best brace I have found by far. I don’t see underwear lines, there are multiple adjustments to allow for growing waistline, and different adjustments for different levels of pelvic support. 10/10 recommend.

Buy only if.....
I had a recent c-section this was my second one. I had a lot of scar tissue that needs to heal over time. I had pelvic pain and wore it once. It did help it out by supporting my pelvis. But I have a back issue from a bad car accident. Right where I wore the belt the straps hit my back and at the end of the day, I took it off and my back was in pain! The product would be good for someone that has no back pain!

Amazing
Ok if I could give this a 10 I would. Before April 15th I power walked 5 days a week. Then I my bladder prolapse. My doctor put my on topical hormone replacement cream and physical therapy. It kept getting worse until walking from my bedroom to the kitchen was agony!!! I tried several therapy recommended devices which not only failed but caused terrible pain and complications. Then I tried this brace. I can walk again, moderately and function more normally. Tricks I've learned. Wear over cotton underwear wearing a long pad to protect your fragile parts from the straps. Wear a light weight panty girdle over all for added support. Leave side opposite your dominant hand fastened all the time so you only have to adjust one side. I'm definitely NOT pain free but with over the counter pain meds I can (stand and slowly walk for 4 hours before resting and I stripped and refinished the top of my kitchen table).BTW I'm stage 3. I hope this review helps someone. This product has given me back at least part of my life.

Not what I expected!
First off, I hate that it only comes in black. You are confined to wearing black pants and a long top to hide this silly contraption. Sorry, but this reminds me of something a guy would wear. For something that was made for women by women, I believe, they could of come up with something better than this. What happened with good reliable underwear that looks like underwear and goes to your waist? I have searched, on line for prolapse underwear, and have come up with “zero” findings that fit comfortably. This is terrible. I am a stage 4 prolapse victim and suffer everyday. I was a 5 year pessary user until the pessary ruptured my insides and caused severe bleeding. Now I have two (2) choices: major surgery or live with the bulge. I am desperate to find prolapse underwear that work and are comfortable. I have one (1) more company that I am trying; which is in another country, but the look is just what I am after. Yes, these prolapse underwear are expensive, but the way I look at it not having surgery would save thousands of dollars and pessaries hundreds of dollars. Just disappointed that I could not find anything in the good old USA. (:

The size goes big
I use it for prolapse but it’s big because it runs bigger size and not tight or support my bladder up .
