It works in keeping the fingers separated as well as keeps the nails digging into the palm. My patient likes it. It is soft and very comfortable

It works pretty good 👍 it holds the fingers open the only thing is your hand sweats so you have to wash it often because it gets smelly. I would recommend having two of them as I bought another one as back up.
