Love these hand grips for my son who has a brain injury. His therapists and doctors have complimented these pads multiple times. So easy to wash and clean. Super soft and doesn't irritate the inside of his hand.

It holds its position and is comfortable for me it could be just a little bigger and firmer as I have really long fingers otherwise it’s wonderful

Exactly as needed

This "Palm Cushion", as we call it in our household, is used for my mother. She suffered a stroke 12 years ago and has very limited use and movement on the right side of her body (her right arm and hand are immobile). This "palm cushion" provides comfort and support for my mother's right hand and fingers. Additionally, it also prevents her fingernails from digging into her palm and breaking the skin. Perhaps the one drawback of this product is how easily it could fall out of her hand, however, the strap on the palm cushion is not designed to be that tight or it will be uncomfortable for wearer. Other than that, it's a solid product for those individuals like my mother.

My brother has contractions in his hands from cerebral palsy. His hands are in a fist position and sometimes his fingernails will push into his skin. These really help to keep his fingernails from digging into his skin as well as keeping his hand muscles open. They are very soft and very comfortable. I don’t put the strap on him as it puts a bit too much pressure on the top of his hand but they are fine to use without the strap.

I used this cushion with my 97 year old mom. It was a great way to keep her hands from closing up and freezing in that position. She could easily sleep with them at night. The bands that go around the hand were sometimes a little uncomfortable for her, a problem I solved by inserting a Kleenex between her hand and the band. Her nurse practitioner hadn't seen these before, and thought they were a great idea. She said she was going to suggest them to her patients whose hands had this problem. Actually, these were like a small miracle for us.

This product is fantastic! Easy to use when I sleep or nap.With the elastic bands there's no worry about losing the product while sleeping!
