Great flavor
I love the flavor of hatch Chile. I wish they made one with the hot hatch chili peppers. I can't get them fresh in the south.

Great for Green Chile Stew!
I bought this to make New Mexican green chile stew and it gave such a great flavor! I used about a tablespoon for a pot of stew.

Its ok
I did not know what to expect from a Dry Green Chile Spice, its good in all Mexican recipes. I made Hatch Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas with the dry spice, along with Hatch Green Chiles. It worked great.

Best Seasoning for Bacon!
This is the best seasoning for bacon! Even the cheapest bacon is better with this on it. A local market deli turned me onto putting this seasoning on my bacon before cooking and I will not go back to bacon without it!!! It gives it just the right amount of flavor to make it go from plain bacon to gourmet!!! Sprinkle it on before frying your bacon. If you are scared for the spice level, just try a little at first. Everyone asks what kind of bacon this is when they try it. I'll never go back to plain bacon again!

Great
Just the right amount of heat and adds great taste. Well worth the cost.

Doesn’t really taste like anything
First time purchaser of hatch powder/dehydrated whatever… I have boiled them down and process them and use them in cooking. Comparatively, the flavor does not compare. Not much taste

10/10 exactly what I expected
So some other people have left reviews on this product saying it tastes like dirt or has no spice. But green chili is supposed to be very mild and slightly sweet, which this stuff exactly is. You could definitely use this in place of green bell pepper, that's more its flavor profile. If you're someone looking for some hot green pepper, I'd recommend getting a powder from a pepper thats actually spicy, like jalapeno.
