This is a great product for protecting skin from sun damage or repairing sun damage. It’s the plant that polypodium leucotomos (or heliocare) is made from. It’s also been shown to strengthen collagen across the board. I take 3 capsules once a day with food.

It did what i bought it for. A slow process but gets the job done.

Wonderful stuff was told I had eczema of the hands got it undercontrol but was still having issues. Found this looking for something else and thought why not. Within a week my hands were clear, Ive already odered 5 more bottles and my daughter in law is taking it for eczema on her elbows. Alls I can say is Thank you
