I have been struggling with blood pressure and menstral cycles for the last few years. I had been taking magnesium malate for a few months now and there was some improvement, however, when I started taking the kalawalla, I saw results within a 10-14 day period! I have gone from stroke level blood pressure (225/100++) without medications to numbers like 182/112 and 166/108, still not where it should be, but not where it was!!!
