Good quality but small size

Really liked the color and quality of it all and i would highly recommend except that the largest suitcase of the 3 was damaged. See photos. I would like to exchange it but they only offer refunds and wont honor the price I paid (3 weeks earlier) so i would have to refund and then repurchase for $60 dollars more.

I had a bit of apprehensiveness about buying luggage online after reading reviews about people being highly disappointed in what they received in comparison to what they read in descriptions. I recently purchased a new set of luggage from the store, and I am content with it but only the large case have the four wheel set. When I saw this set had four wheels on all of the pieces, I immediately became interested and decided to take my chance. The luggage arrived quickly and I unboxed it, and found it to be as good if not better than the set I had purchased. Plus this set had the additional 3rd piece which is a certainly added value. I examined the luggage very thoroughly and found the construction to be solid as a rock. I will be using it in a week for international travel and I will update this review with photos upon my return. I also like the built in TSA locking devices on all the pieces instead of just the large bag. Thus far I have absolutely no disappointments in my purchase.As I stated, I have now posted photos of my luggage after traveling from one side of the U.S all the way across to the other side, then overseas to Japan, and this luggage makes me feel like I am gliding on ice wearing ice skates because the movement is so quiet and smooth. I will recommend this seller to all of my friends. The wheels, the lightweight strong material, the spacious room. The small case will not fit underneath the seat, but it will fit easily inside the overhead, even on one of the smaller hopper planes. I had fine china packed in it and I wasn't about to let the airline valet it into the belly claiming it will not fit in the overhead. It did. This luggage gets a 6th star from me.

It didn't even last one trip to Orlando from Toronto.I didn't even overstuff it. But on the large one, the zipper stopped zipping...I'm so upset with this purchase. Thankfully the medium and small sized ones are still good, but the big one is completely done. I had to end up taping my suitcase so it would stay closed.I want to return it but I'm not sure if they'll let me return just one of them.

You get what you expect. Good quality product. Fast and accurate service. Highly recommended.

In planning my trip, I read my itinerary , and it said your "Checked Baggage " is Free, so I thought, all I really need is a 24", and along with my Carry On, I will be OK, so I ordered the two.Then, I really READ my itinerary, and it states a charge of $25.00 both ways for your Carry Ons!So, now, I need a 28", for Check In, and I have a Big Purse for on the plane, so I don't have to pay Carry On Charge!Ordered this whole set, so, now I never have to worry about what size to take. I have them all! When they arrived, it was like Christmas! Opening up one, finding another one inside was like opening presents. One at a time! This picture does not capture the beautiful blue! Its amazing!
