I have never dealt with a more pleasant customer service dept. I called and a rep picked right up, was super friendly, answered all my questions, got me over to product support, helped me determine I needed a new controller but they had to send a whole new system, which was at my door two days later. Oh, and the pump and system is amazing. All around excellent experience
