Hario Hand Operated Non-Electric Home Coffee Bean Roaster, 50 kg

I have roasted 4x batches 2x 50 grams and 2x100 grams with the Hario roaster the last with Ethiopian grade 2 beans,which was right on the money delicious, all very drinkable.The glass soon goes dirty,I suppose it could be made of mild steel as one assesses the first crack process by smoke and sound,it takes some nerve to wait for that first crack to finish,it does not go completely silent i keep going for about 30 second to a minute after thatTakes about 15 minutes plus with the 100 gram batch.I think exact people will have a problem as there is some false feedback odd crack before the first crack process begins.You think your burning it when your getting it right.

Exactly what I wanted. A beautiful peace of solid glass and metal that allows me to roast a small portion of coffee in 15 minutes. Now if you're lazy or if you own a restaurant and need to roast a much larger amount than 50g at the same time, then this jewel is not for you. If however you are a coffee enthusiast that is not afraid of using some time to make yourself (and some friends) a great cup of coffee, then go for it.
