The best on the market. I can put some on my lower back (with a little help) and play 6-7 hours of tennis over 4 or 5 days and it doesn't come off. And yes, I do bath and shower! This stuff is excellent. If you are putting it on hairy areas you may need to shave. I even used it for an inner thigh strain and it stayed on during my match.

Excellent adhesion, It gives that little extra support need after knee repacement

Performs extremely well as you would expect from the NO.1 brand. Cannot fault the product but the price is high and other products offer almost as good adhesion for very much less. Hence 4 stars not 5.....

It claimed more than it delivered, the adhesion was poor. It did not relieve the pain, I believe any effect is more placebo.

Purchase rock take regularly as my daughter plays a lot of sport and requires it for her knee. Have in the past bought patterned and found them really good, but unfortunately this time it doesn’t stick so well. So a little disappointed 😔

There are other tapes on the market but this one is the best I've used. I have damaged my achillies tendon and this tape adheres to my leg easily and stays put for a week. It makes a real difference.
