This thing is beautiful. It's not exactly fancy, but it's real. It's made of solid wood, real horse hair, and steel. All natural materials. The wood feels light, smooth and sturdy. The bristles are very soft. This is the first real broom I've ever owned. Everything else was a cheap plastic knock-off. It's almost a work of art. You can hang the broom on the dust pan, and the handle makes it slant slightly while hanging. It actually looks nice just sitting in the room. It makes sweeping feel more satisfying. I am glad I didn't cheap out and invested in the real deal.

Attractive to look at and a pleasure to use. Sharp edge of the pan meets the floor well so even fine particles are swept up. Actually makes tidying up more enjoyable!

I like the product a lot. It’s pretty and it’s a very useful broom and dust pan. However, the packaging was poor, parts of it were sticking out of the box and there was a small scrape on the side of the handle. Not a big enough deal to ask for it to be replaced, but the company needs to look into packaging more effectively

Fits in my short cupboard bc we don't have a proper tall broom closet. It works really well and the dust pan has a VERY sharp edge so that you can really sweep up all the little bits. It's attractive too, made of wood and steel, and it's made - well - it's German and like their cars, it's made gloriously well.

Pros:- plastic free- efficient bristles- my favorite aspect: very sturdy dustpan, best I’ve had in terms of capturing everything from the pile I’ve swept- pretty to look at- functional design with the broom hanging from the dustpan so that bristles don’t become disfigured- width wise, very small and does not take up a lot of spaceCons:- soooo short. And I’m 4’11, so if that’s noticeably irritating for me to use, I can only imagine for your average person- so short that I find myself holding the oddly shaped part at the top when I’m sweeping (which is the part from which the broom hangs on the dust pan) - since it is an odd shape it hurts my hands as I sweep, but again, it’s the tallest part of the brush and allows me to not bend as much. Don’t love that either my back or hand hurts as I sweep due to the shortness. It seems like the company has tried to save on material costs by making this broom significantly shorter than it ought to be, which, for the price, is a huge con.

At some point in life it’s worth seeking out properly well made tools for tasks - even if you pay more. This is one of those items!

I got this broom as a gift for my mom as she wanted one for years. She absolutely loves it! It picks ip fine dust really well and the dust pan that it comes with has a thin enough metal edge that works very well so crumbs, dirt, and dust cannot get stuck under it. I would definitely recommend it. It’s easy to store since they fit together well and the dust pan stands up.
