This tape is substantial and has a good resistance to stretching. It was a lot like the tape used by my physio. I found it really helped. Be prepared to grit your teeth when you take it off - it sticks like the proverbial!

Go to when out on the ultra run (mountains)
Been using RockTape for years and it does what it says. Use it to prevent chafing or blisters. Also to support joints and posture. You can leave it on for days and have a shower with it, without it losing its benefits. Has helped us to do multi stage races across the alps and come back in one piece.

Sticky as hell
Bought this item to help me with plantar fascitiis. Not a hundred percent certain how effective it was for that, but it did stay on for a whole olympic tri and will last for best part of a week in everyday use so certainly qualifies the "Endurance" part of the name. Very quick delivery too.
