I use this (extra sticky version) and the regular version depending on needs. This one sticks very well, noticeably better then the regular version. The tape goes on and stays on. Even though it sticks very well removing it is not painful or difficult. Definitely a great product and better than others on here.

I purchased this tape after having a total knee replacement. I am a PT and use Kinesio tapes to help reduce swelling. I was frustrated with other kinesio tapes that wouldn’t stick or stay on through work, showers, etc. This tape STAYS in place until you are ready for it to be removed!! It is a strong tape also. I was so impressed! It got out through the test. RockTape makes supreme products.

I have tendonitis in my wrist from 20 years of cutting hair so I have tried several different brands of kt tape. This H20 extra sticky sounded perfect. While it's very good and works as far as pain relief, the adhesive isn't going to last more than 2 days. I only docked it one star because I hoped it wouldn't lift, but I know asking a tape to last through multiple shampoos is a lot. It very well might last several days on a different part of the body but just know that if it's a wrist or gets wet several times, it will start lifting on the edges. I am going to stick with this tape though because even with the small lifting it is stronger than anything else I've used.

My son is an athlete and we had been using another brand of kinesiology tape for supporting his knee pain. The only problem is the other brands would peel off immediately once he starts to sweat in a game, even though the tapes are supposed to last 2-3 days or more. Our chiropractor recommend Rock Tape and then we found the extra sticky version, which is amazing! It really does the job and regardless of how much activity, sweating or showers, it stays in place for a minimum of 3 days. While this brand may be a little more expensive than the store brands, it will save you money in the long run as you won't have to replace it as often. I do wish they offered it in skin toned colors, but that is not enough of a con to rate it less than 5 stars. I will continue to purchase this product in the future.

I have bought several varieties of this tape and it really does help with my knee pain. The recent variety says it’s extra sticky. I beg to differ. I only wore it for one day and it already started coming off while I was sleeping. I replaced it and two hours in it’s it starting to come off. The extra sticky variety is not what it claims to be. Will be returning this one.

I love this because it isn’t pre-cut into strips. It also stays put and does its job very well.
