I got this dry vitamin E in and there is a ton of Servings in one bottle, 120 so you’re getting 4 month’s worth.I wasn’t sure what the difference was between dry vitamin E and regular vitamin E is so I looked it up. Dry vitamin E is the non-oily for of vitamin E and this contains d-Alpha Tocopheryl succinate in it which is the most well absorbed by the body. To put it simply this is the best kind. This are easy to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach. I would recommend these.

Very pleased with this vitamin E supplement. it's got high potency so I only need to take 1 capsule myself. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste.

This is a nice supply of vitamin E (Aloha-tocophery succinctness) at a higher concentration at 400IU per capsule. There are a lot of studies comparing different forms of vitamin E and the does to use. You should get your own trusted sources like I do but I can say that this is a good one to use and it is easy to swallow. This bottle would last for a long time. That definitely would have effects on the skin.
