I took one pill every 4 hours while awake (so 4x a day) making sure to take it only with complimentary nutrition so not to impact the absorbing. My labs shot back up so my doctor was happy to pull the threat of tpn again off the table (I hate it!) And I can now see just fine at night again. Truly, I cannot recommend these enough. After the shortage a few years ago i keep about six bottles on hand, it's that serious. Enjoy the expensive lab work and all the needles and pokes I've endured, so that I can confidently say this is the vitamin a you are looking for.

I have been using this product for years with excellent results. You do not have the concern of vitamin A in an oil form which can cause toxicity if too much is ingested. You also do not have to be concerned with system upset or the concern of oil being rancid.

I’ve been using this brand for several years to maintain my Vit D levels, as once they were very low. Caps are very tiny and easy to take. A great value for your money.

I use these because of a surgery i had, and need the high dose because i dont absorb everything i consume. These are easy to swallow, and my blood test vitamin A levels are always in range, and at an amazing price. I have been taking these for over 2 years. I also take biotech vitamin d3 as well. And those are great too!

I'm a Bariatric patient that had the Duodenal Switch, so I malabsorb a lot of key nutrients. My first post-op labs at 4 months out showed me deficient in Vitamin A (Retinol) so I ordered this A-25. Thankfully my numbers are well within normal range now after receiving results from my next set of labs at my recent annual follow up. I will continue to order these as long as they're available as I will most likely need to take additional dry vitamin A for the rest of my life.
