This is the 3rd tube of First Aid Cream I've gotten. I have used it when I have scratched my skin open (thin skin). It heals those skin tears usually within less than a week and no scars either.I also have used it as a skin cream on dry skin. It does an awesome job at restoring the moisture and making my skin softer.As to the comments al little goes a long way. You really don't need but a tiny bit if using it with a bandage for an injury. If you are going to rub it on as an ointment on an area of your skin. A very small amount will go quite a ways. Yes, as some have stated it will take a minute or so to massage into your skin, but the results are worth it.

As a past user of manuka honey for the treatment of my leg ulcers, decided I'd try this as a relief for my dry sensitive skin. With one application, I could feel it immediately soften the hard plaques of skin I'd developed on my arms. Now, after a couple of uses, it appears to be visibly reducing scaling and effecting a more youthful skin appearance. I personally also like it's smell.

Some of the best cream I’ve used for inflamed skin or scars. Manuka is great for scars and as an antibacterial option w/out the chemicals. Love!

I had high hopes for this. It's impossible to tell how well it worked to heal my skin because it's sticky when applied, and left my skin feeling crusty and hard a few minutes after use.

It works fine as a moisturizer but does not help my son’s eczema. I know it contains honey, but honestly, it smells weird.
