Our Earth's Secrets - 2 Lbs Melt and Pour Soap Base - Aloe Vera

This is a good melt and pour soap base! It takes fragrance well! Very good lather too!!!

I'm a big fan of Our Earth's Secrets' melt-and-pour soap bases, and this aloe vera one makes great, hard soap bars. Although I'm not enthusiastic about the propylene glycol (their castile soap base doesn't contain it), I like how easy, effective and versatile this product is.I cut up organic herbs like rose petals, lavender, calendula and osmanthus flowers to put into the soap blend for natural exfoliation (I also used pink himalayan salt for the soap bars in the photos). I also use essential oil blends for an uplifting aroma, as well as other skin-loving ingredients like raw beeswax, vitamin E oil, organic jojoba oil and organic hemp seed oil.I usually melt some beeswax pastilles with the chopped up soap blocks to make the soaps a little harder in the end, but this aloe vera soap base doesn't need any. It's very easy to dye because it's mostly clear; I add mica powder and natural plant-based dyes and powders for extra color. Overall, this is an excellent product that I'm very happy to use.♡

I love this soap base, my soaps always come out so nice and they lather up nice. I have purchased many times and will continue to purchase.

I make molded soaps and Earths Secret is my favorite soap base to use. I just have to add the essential oils and color it works very well.

I have been making melt and pour soap and this is my favorite base so far. Melts easily and is fairly translucent, so I can see for sure that every piece is melted easily.I’ve made 4 batches of this soap (adding essential oils) and so far it’s my “prize” soap recipe. I start CP soaping next week and I only hope I can make as good of soap as I have with these. No matter what, I intend to buy this over and over to make my family soap.I’ve also made Shea Butter soap from a base and from a Goat’s milk base but the aloe is easier to work with IMO. LOVE IT.

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this soap base, and so are my clients! It has us in a choke hold! I make my own herbals blends which I infuse into oil. Adding the oil mixture to this soap just brings it to life even more! My skin has never been softer/ moisturized! I love it!
