100% Organic Canadian Lake and River Wild Rice

I love this rice! The grains are quite large and cook up nice and chewy. If you like it softer, you could add more water and simmer longer. This will always be on my shelf.

This rice is very good rice, you have to cook it for a long time if you don't like al dente rice.
