I learned to ground when i was younger and working in the mountains. Every chance I had to take my shoes off and sit barefoot on the ground I would do it. If I found a large group of granite rocks I would put my palms down on them as well as my bare feet. That was my favorite. The energy coming into my body was just wonderful and so soothing.My age limited me from those excursions now. I have found a place in my yard where there are no red ants to intrude on me, but I cannot sit there very long.I never heard of these mats, and I am thrilled to report that this one works beautifully. I can sit in my easy chair with my feet on the mat and read or watch a film or work at my desk and I feel the energy come up my legs immediately. It's wonderful.My health has declined in recent years, and after sitting with the mat for a few hours each day my stress levels have receded, and the pain in my legs has disappeared after 5 days use. I'm sleeping better than i have in 6 or 7 years. The sleep is deep and peaceful. I am feeling renewed.(Surfers have always been a pretty mellow group. I was looking for a grounding mat, i found this one and i love it. The size is perfect, the cable is long enough. Its texture is very nice, feels ver confortable with my naked feet. Fast shipping too.

This makes me feel awful. It's better to ground naturally by having bare feet on the ground or on real wood.

Several neighbors in our little community swear by this grounding pad for pain relief.My foot neuropathy is not as yet painful, but I wanted to try this at my home desk to see if the feelings in the bottom of my feet might return.Jury is still out and too new to give an opinion on helping with my neuropathy, but I have had red blotches on the top of my left foot for quite a while that are now fading away. My Dermatologist suggested Vitamin C oil on them, but I did not see any improvement. A week of treatment on the pad and definite disappearance of blotches.

I bought this hoping it would help with leg pain. It has not so far. My husband had his feet on it for about 30 minutes . Me I can’t any longer than a few. I think I will stick to walking bare foot .

The media could not be loaded. I bought this grounding mat after a good friend's suggestion. She previously had big issue of back pain and bad sleep. After a few weeks with the grounding mat, she feels much better. Thus, I bought this mat to try. I have a grounding tester that measures electrical charge, and I've confirmed that the grounding mat is conductive. I put it to my bed to touch my feet and have gained about an hour of more deeper sleep every day, less waking up at night as well. So I know it works! In daytime, I put this on the desk, or beside my sofa , so my hands and feet rest on it skin to mat. I feel very relaxed, and less stressed. I do not get outside in this hot weather, so this helps a lot. In addition, it comes with a wrist band as gift, it works well, too. Good value for money.
