After a week of using the grounding sheet, I can honestly say I am seeing a reduction time in wound healing on my lower extremities. What used to take weeks to heal. Are now healed over in a week. Thank you

I felt results the first day. I was in 8-9 pain all day and in bed. Then this sheet came and I immediately hooked it up and went to a 3 on the pain scale within an hour! Easy hook up and cleaning too!

I first heard of grounding sheets maybe a year or so ago, and have always wanted to try one. However, until recently, I didn't have grounded outlets in my bedroom, so I had no way to use this. As soon as our electric and outlets were upgraded recently, I plugged this in immediately.I used it for several nights before writing this review. The first night, I only put the sheet across half the bed because my husband was already asleep. However, we have a split king bed (two twin beds pushed together), so I was able to tuck the other end in between our two mattresses. However, I woke up the next morning with the sheet all bunched up.I noticed that the instructions mentioned having your bare skin against the sheet. Because I sleep in pjs (a tee and shorts), it wasn't against my skin the very first night, so I made a concerted effort to put my hands on it as I fell asleep.The next several nights, I put it across the whole bed. I also shifted it down further so that my legs (and bare skin) would be against the sheet for the duration of the night. The sheet stayed in place perfectly.Unfortunately, I cannot say I notice any difference since using this sheet. I can't say that I'm sleeping better, feeling more energy, etc. I do plan to continue using it for several weeks to see if I notice a difference over time, but for now, I haven't noticed anything significant.A few things that I do really like about this sheet: it's machine washable (thank goodness) and the cord that comes with it is very long, so even when I put the sheet near the foot of my bed, I can easily reach the outlet that's on the wall at the head of the bed.I have no problem with the look, feel, or usage of the product. I simply don't know if it's actually working or actually doing anything for me (and I don't have the tool to test whether or not it's actually doing anything), so it's hard to give it more than an average (3 star) review.

I found this pretty difficult to install and uncomfortable to sleep on. It comes with clips that are supposed to hold it to the mattress but I found they kept popping off. The sheet itself is a bit scratchy, even after washing. Given that you're supposed to have direct contact with it to get the benefits of grounding (i.e. you can't put it under a fitted sheet) I found it more trouble than it was worth.As for the benefits of grounding, I didn't notice any difference at all after sleeping on it for five days. I wouldn't say I'm a skeptic, just ambivalent.

I am so excited to have this grounding sheet. I try to do my own grounding by going outside as much as possible, but this is not really possible in the winter here. I really feel crappy in the winter! I hoping this will help this year. I like that this is a half sheet so I can use it on my side of the bed if my husband doesn't want to use it. Or we can easily share it! The plug is long so it easily reaches the nearest plug. This set even came with some clips so you can keep the plug in place not be tripping over it.
