I've heard so much about adaptogens and wanted to give them a try. This seemed like a good intro product to them at a good price. I've been adding a bit of the powder into my coffee or water each day and have been pleasantly surprised with the change I've noticed in my energy throughout the day. My family just got a new puppy and of course with that comes a lot of interrupted sleep! I've been so groggy in the mornings but I'll notice about an hour after taking this I feel much better and more alert. It's been great! It really doesn't dissolve in liquid but it has no taste and doesn't clump much so it hasn't bothered me. And you only have to use a tiny amount which is great, I feel like this will last me a long time.

I really like when these kind of products have so many benefits with no crazy side effects or damaging effects.I have actually noticed an increased clam in my everyday life and my focus and concentration seems to be benefiting as well.It is super easy to use, just one little spoon in my coffee every morning and I’m on my way. I actually keep it right next to coffee maker so I don’t forget. I really don’t notice any flavor and that’s a plus because I think we can all relate to the crazy flavors of so many supplements.Great product! I recommend giving it a try!

This is loose powder so you'll need to have a measuring spoon handy, but that's the only real inconvenience. It's easy enough to drink in water or any beverage of your choice without it tasting awful. For the price and the quality I'd say it's worth the mild inconvenience. It works just about as well as some of the other brands I have been using in the past.

Alpha-GPC seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine. This brain chemical is important for memory and learning functions.I work with stroke survivors. One of my clients asked about this product and so I tried it before giving any feedback. I have to say I really do like this product. I have less brain fog when I eat bread or gluten products (I’m gluten sensitive but due to busy life, I sometimes need to bend and eat gluten in foods if I didn’t prep my food the day before) my client also noticed less headaches and clearer thoughts.

The Alpha GPC really doesn't have a scent or flavor, that's why I can use it every day because it doesn't give any bad taste. The value of it is pretty good because there's other companies that have the same product but more expensive. Also the packaging of the Alpha GPC is very convenient because you can open it and it has a resealable top, so it won't go bad. I didn't get any side effects of using Alpha GPC. The Alpha GPC does help with memory and faster reactions to everything. When I started using it I started to remember more, and I had faster reactions to questions I had. It did make me feel more tired around 9, but I thinks its because of all of the more brain power I've been using.

Yes, this supplement works to improve mental clarity. I am pleasantly surprised. But the label includes the surprise of mannitol ("manitol") besides the Alpha GPC and silicon dioxide. Amazon's product information does not show this. The mannitol is not a welcome ingredient and I won't be buying this product again because of it.

i love nootropics and have used alpha gpc for years,i don't think this was awesome.i don't see myself buying it again.mixed reviews.
