Vietnamese Rice Noodle XL 400g

Wonderful for Thai drunken noodles. Need to keep a close eye on them during soak, otherwise go too soft, after soaking they will continue to cook in wok, so need to be on hard side of al dente before you put in wok.

I can't have wheat or gluten products. I really miss pasta and noodles but these rice noodles noodles are fab.Perfect for coeliacs or for those with Non coeliac gluten sensitivity. ( I'm not that keen of GF noodles)I use these in place of tagliatelli noodles. They work well enough for me to enjoy bolognese or other sauces. I Make my own ramen bowls with them. A lot of packet Ramen contain wheat.

Pros: good noodles, tastes niceCons: not the easiest to split into smaller portions

Bought for my wife who is gluten intolerant and she loves them! They don’t get too soggy either. In fact, I now eat them instead of ‘normal noodles’ as I tried them and also really like them and it therefore makes it easier when cooking for both of us rather than having to do a separate pan of ‘normal’ noodles!

They can be microwaved in water but if you do them for too long they go soggy. So you need to get the timing just right with these noodles.
