This is the only Salmon oil I will buy
I find that Salmon oil is a much better option than fish oil. Of the Salmon Oil capsules I've tried, the Kirkland brand is my favorite.

These are easy to take but like a lot of these "make you feel better pills" I have zero indication if they are doing my old body any good. No after taste.I take two in the morning.
