I've been taking these for years and am happy with the results.

(Pill in photo is frozen, thus the difference in color) Been taking this fish oil for a week and coming from someone who’s very sensitive to most vitamins (all other fish oil has given me splitting headaches), I can say this seems to be the good quality stuff. I’ve noticed a number of positive physical and mental health benefits, and this fish oil also seems to work as an appetite suppressant. Big but not difficult to swallow.Best part, I started freezing the pills and the fishy burps have gone away completely!!

I was trying to order the supplements that don't give the fishy burp aftertaste. They still will work fine though!

I give my five dogs one capsule every morning. Their fur is beautiful and they don’t shed. One of my dogs had a terrible skin condition and had two growth surgically removed at a cost of $500.00 .
