This works really well. My husband is s runner and uses this type of tape for his knee. It’s stretchy enough to bend around joints and it’s sticky enough to stay on when running if you apply it to dry skin before sweating. This one was easy to remove also and didn’t take much of his leg hair with it when he removed it. Doesn’t have a funny smell like a few brands do. We chose the blue one simply because it matches most of his running gear and I don’t think there is a difference in tension strength with different colors in this brand. Worked really well!

Taping my husband's foot has helped his foot pain tremendously! The tape stays on well too. It's important to note that rubbing the tape after you apply helps it stay in place all day. It removes easily when you are ready to take it off and no skin irritation either. Great product! I would recommend watching a video or two so you know how to apply the tape.

This tape is not like the rock therapy tape. It sticks but you cannot remove and readjust or it curls up If you get sweat or water on it, it will peel up. Spend a few more dollars and get the rock tape.

I use this tape on my knee. It gives me the support I need. It stays secure, until I take it off.There are videos on YouTube, etc, explaining how to apply the tape.Very simply steps, easy to understand.

It leaves glue on the skin when removed.It rolled in the center stretched area within an hour.Is thinner than what I am used to.Might work on feet but not for my back.

I find it is adhering much better than the other tape I tried first. I’ve not had it on for an entire 24 hours but it has held much better so far. I love this type of tape. I’ve had a bad knee for years. I had meniscus surgery over a decade ago and the surgeon said I would need a knee replacement in about 5 years. Did happen. I’ve found this stabilizing tape to be the best thing so far of the many things I’ve done to assist my knee to remain useful. The only problem with my first try tape was adhesion and this one is working. It also appears to be somewhat heavier which seems a positive. I’ll add more info after a few days if anything significant changes

I had never used kinesiology tape before and was a small upside to spraining my ankle. The chiropractor taped my ankle with her tape a couple times and then since I was able to receive this product for a discount I ordered some. I had her tape mine the first time and then I used it myself after that. She was impressed by its flexibility. I was concerned that it wouldn't be as "strong" as her tape but it was. I even wore it swimming two days in a row and it didn't peel. The first couple times I took it off it didn't hurt at all. The third time I used it though it was rough tearing off. I wonder if maybe I just had too much sticky build up by that point.
