I have used several brands of Kinesiology Tape and this brand stays on the longest. When I remove the tape, it does leave some adhesive on the skin and sometimes some threads from the tape. I just use rubbing alcohol to remove what is left on the skin. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to try another brand. I personally like the ability to wear the tape longer.

I don't use this in the way intended. Saw a Youtube video by The Essential Craftsman (great channel) talking about snoring & sleep apnea and taping your mouth shut in lieu of going to CPAP. I'm not on CPAP but I'm now a single sleeper because of snoring and sleep has been crappier & crappier as I've gotten older. Tried this is recommended on the channel and had significant improvements. The tape cuts cleanly & neatly and adheres most of the night if I shave everyday.

The adhesion is very strong. I've needed to use rubbing alcohol to remove the "sticky" of my skin. Little more stretchy then the last box I got but just shortened the length I cut but a few squares. The graph lines on the back are so helpful. Will absolutely buy from this seller again.

This tape is very stretchy which can be nice but that means it's also pretty thin. It gets the job done but it doesn't stay stuck for more than a day before it begins rolling and catching on things. I round the corners and rub it in place as that's what my physical therapist said helps, but the tape at their office is thicker and stronger. This tape also leaves behind residue and pieces of itself. So it works but it's not ideal.

I love the durability of this tape and how it outlasts some of the most expensive brands out there. The only thing I don’t like is taking it off.

I have plantar fasciitis. This product helps keep my pain levels down. This is the third time I've purchased this product. It is very reasonable

Did a good job

I got this tape for my thumb and knees. It feel like very other tape, easy to cut and apply.Unfortunately, it last only about one day then it starts to peel off. Also problematic is that there’s always glue residue on the skin and my skin is red, irritated and hurts after removal. I didn’t have that reaction with other brands.I’m not sure what type of glue is used for this tape but I’m allergic to latex and some type of bandage glue. So if someone has the same allergies, look for an other tape.
