Love having a roll!
I love that this is a roll instead of pre cut strips. I use this to help hold the weight of my pregnant belly. Very stretchy. I haven't had any trouble with edges peeling up and I usually wear it for the week and let my skin rest for the weekend just because. I haven't quite figured out the trick to getting all the adhesive off of my skin though. Taking it off in the shower helps some with the discomfort of it, but I'm always left with some residue. Feels slightly itchy for the first day of wear but after my first shower with it on I can hardly feel it.

More uses than muscle repair
I don't use this in the way intended. Saw a Youtube video by The Essential Craftsman (great channel) talking about snoring & sleep apnea and taping your mouth shut in lieu of going to CPAP. I'm not on CPAP but I'm now a single sleeper because of snoring and sleep has been crappier & crappier as I've gotten older. Tried this is recommended on the channel and had significant improvements. The tape cuts cleanly & neatly and adheres most of the night if I shave everyday.

Pros and Cons
Pros: It is durable, waterproof, easy to use, good for support, good price, stays on. Cons: Stays on a little too well, in other words hurts really bad to pull off and actually pulled some skin off my belly. (I'm pregnant so my doctor recommended this for support, because the belly bands are really uncomfortable).

Hurts to take off if it’s on hair
I was told by my PT to wear this while my wrist heals. While it does the job when wearing it, it hurts to take it off. I put it on Monday night and took it off on Friday. I wear the tape on my forearm, front and back. It wasn’t bad taking it off the back since there’s no hair, but it truly hurt when tearing it away from my hairs on the front side. I ran my arm under water to take the majority off and then poured an oil on the remaining that was really hard/painful to get off. As you see, I have really short non-existent hairs to begin with. Not sure if the length of the hair makes a difference on the ease to take it off. Wish it wasn’t so difficult to take off.

Trying different use for this kinesiology tape
I saw an online video of a man who’s used a CPAP for his sleep apnea, as well as other devices. I also failed with the CPAP since I roll a lot as a side sleeper. I have used an OTC dental snore/sleep apnea device with success, but I am exploring options since it isn’t always comfortable. The premise is, cover your mouth with kinesiology tape, with 2-3 vertical slits in it for room to cough. This has greatly decreased discomfort, I can move freely, and I can still vent with my mouth if needed. This tape did not come off of my scraggly face all night, and it removed with no pain in the morning. So far, so good. Need time to decide if this is the way to go for me.

due to my history of bad shoulder and knees
I ordered the tape and it arrived in 3 days. the package came with instruction and i followed the instruction applied the tape to my knees and hand. I am a daily jogger , due to my history of bad shoulder and knees, i have to rely on kinesiology tape to support and relief the pain. it was a bit hard initially but it was quite easy to follow after the first try. the key is to make sure to round the corners and not to stretch both ends of the tape, it is very important!!! I have used for 2 days and 1 application actually last through my 1 hour jog every morning , 30 min of swimming in the afternoon and through the night. That is quite impressive for all the sweats, water and vigorous motion it has to go through. tape is quite easy to cut without a mess. i was able to cut 2 of them at once to save time . with the box which is extremely easy to follow. i would highly recommend this tape to anyone over all other kinesiology tape . Awesome product, i had a very positive experience with the tap and would definitely buy it again.

Better options out there
This tape is horrible, the adhesive doesn't stay like other kinesio tapes I've used and when the tape comes off it leaves a lot of residue on my feet. I get blisters on the bottom of my feet from walking and will typically tape the balls of my feet before going on a six or seven-mile walk/hike. I normally use Kinesio Tex Classic tape and buy the bright odd colors for cheap since I don't care what color is on the bottom of my feet. They were sold out and nothing was cheap with them when I purchased this time. The price was great but that's all I can say about this product. I guess a couple of dollars really makes a big difference in quality. I usually use Kinesio Tex Classic tape, and I could tape my feet and get two to three days without an issue even showering with it on. The current tape barely makes it through a walk and I've had times where I feel an edge come loose and I can feel it start to bunch under my feet during a walk. When I get done walking for the day the tape is always loose and peels right off my feet leaving a residue that I have to grab rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs to clean off. I'll never order this tape again, luckily it was cheap so I'm not out a lot of money.
