Quick and GLUTEN FREE
UPDATE: I still LOVE these but lately I have been receiving straight noodles instead of the curly ones pictured. I DO NOT LOVE these. you seem to get less product and they take longet to cook and are thicker noodles. THIS is NOT the product I want to buy!! I WANT THE curly ones !!! If anyone knows a secret to getting those only please let me know !!!!!! Amazon is NO help in this.Quick GLUTEN FREE and CHEAP !!! what more can you want ?? my needs are simple. A few chicken broth cubes half a box of noodles and voila a meal !! in about 3 minutes. Sometimes I can use less and make 3 meals out of a box. You really can't mess these up Boil for 1 minute... let stand for 2 or 3 minutes. DONE More creative people can do so much with these I am NOT creative. and my stomach is so sensitive so I stick with what works. I didn't rate the flavor, because alone they have none. You have to add whatever flavor you want

Yummy
I had never ordered these noodles before but I will definitely be purchasing these again. I used them in a Thai coconut soup recipe and they were absolutely perfect. The cooking instructions were spot on and my noodles turned out just right. They also had a very pleasant taste and were much better than other brands I’ve tried before.

THERE PASTA MADE OUT OF RICE...
NICE IN SINGAPORE MEI FUN A VERY EASY RECIPE WITH CURRY ... A GOOD SUBSTITUTE FOR REGULAR WHEAT PASTA WITH A LOT LESS CALORIES -- I WOULDN'T TRY IT WITH ITALIAN SAUCES -- STRICTLY ASIAN SAUCES WILL BE VERY SATISFYING...

Good for Pho
Best noodles I can find for pho. These would work well for several Asian dishes though. Our family likes them and the price is right.

Not Overly Impressed
The flavor is fine, the texture/size is good. I guess I'm a little disappointed because it doesn't feel like a good value. First, somewhere (not sure where now - either the description, Q&A or reviews) it said they come in pre-portioned sections - they don't. It's just a large block in the box but unlike Top Ramen that easily breaks, these do not. I pulled, twisted and broke it all over my stovetop trying to break off a smaller portion. The only way I could finally get a small portion was to break off very small pieces, so I had no long noodles, just a bunch of crumbled pieces. It was too much effort for broken noodle bits. For that reason alone I find this product too annoying to buy again. My second complaint is that the directions say to boil water, add noodles, remove from heat and let sit but they were very hard that way. In fact, I had to boil them for as long as I cook regular/full size spaghetti, a good 8 or so minutes. I may like my pasta softer than some, but either way it's still not a quick noodle, which I think was reasonable to assume given it's an ultra thin Asian style noodle. So those two annoyances when combined with the price give me nothing to get excited about. I'll finish them and enjoy them, they taste good, but I'll look for a better deal on Asian noodles in another brand next time.
