ANDUNE Men's Barefoot & Minimalist Shoes provide a different experience to regular shoes. Switching to Barefoot Shoes provides multiple health benefits in the long run. Andune Barefoot Shoes have the following features: Wide Toe Box - Wide shoes allow your toes—crucially, your big toes—to provide a stable base of support. Tapered narrow shoes give you shoe-shaped feet reducing stability and restricting the natural splay and recoil of toes weakening the muscles and function. Flexible - A flexible, wide foot-shaped shoe allows your muscles and tendons to load, splay and recoil putting a natural spring in your step. Supportive and/or rigid shoes cramp your feet and restrict the natural range of movement weakening the muscles and fascia. Thin - Thin puncture-resistant soles allow the 200,000 nerves in each foot to provide your brain with the sensory feedback you need to move with skill. Thick cushioned soles reduce sensory feedback to your brain and don’t allow your feet to feel the ground. Resulting in clumsy unskilful movement like over-striding when you walk or run.

Great fit and perfect for working out in gyms
Its been few days since I have been using it and I must admit, this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Gives a good fit (order 1 size smaller than your usual shoe size. I wear size 10 and size 9 of this barefoot shoe fits just perfect.) and excellent grip while lifting weights in the gym. This also gives a great feel walking on treadmill. I don't intend to use this for everyday use or walking outdoors hence cannot comment on that but if you are looking for a gym shoe, this is it!Haven't used it long term so not commenting on durability bit.

Very comfortable, but will these last?
Since I am a barefoot runner, I am writing a detailed review to help others. This is written after a 15-day use:1. Very comfortable. Gives you the barefoot benefits similar to Vibram (I have used Vibram Five Fingers, and they cost FIVE times more than this ANDUNE.)2. I have used for only 2 weeks, but I feel they may not last more than one year.3. While trail running, a tiny thorn came right through the outer sole, then inner sole, through my sock, and hit me in the forefoot. This has not happened while using Vibram Five Fingers. So I guess, the sole is not as sturdy as Vibram's Avoid trails - use these on safer surfaces.SUGGESTION TO THE MANUFACTURER:1. Make the outer sole stronger so that thorns dont come through2. Introduce half sizes like 8.5, 9.5, 10.5.Overall, I will fefinitely buy these again

Really barefoot.!
This pair of shoes is really comfortable, lightweight and flexible, giving close to barefoot feeling. Great for running and walking. My legs feel better after running 10km in these shoes as compared to the other cushioned running shoes. As per the advice in other reviews, I purchased one size smaller, UK-7, in place of my usual size UK-8, and it fits perfectly. Better go for smaller size. It’s been only a month, so can’t comment on durability, but at this price it’s worth buying and trying! 👍

Poor Quality
Within TWO MONTHS of buying the shoe has become totally unwearable. It has expanded at the mouth and the velcro quality is so poor that it cannot be tightened. This is a manufacturing defect surely and Amazon must either refund or replace.

You'll the switch , but built quality is bad
The switch to barefoot was absolutely amazing, running feels naturally and gradually my foot had just feeltsl stronger & strongerConsThe velcro just came off from shoes (bad stitching)+ The velcro at the back should be longer to give more tightening as there is no support anywhere to the foot so you want it to grip your foot very strongly

Good & economical for beginners like me
Lasted only 300 km but they are comfortable and good for bare foot running . I used them for running and walking , the shoe worn out at the heel
