Daroma Lotus Ceramic Essential Oil Diffuser (Pink Lotus + White Base)

The diffuser is very pretty and seems to be made of nice ceramic or porcelain. Sadly, it doesn't work. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement and they assured me I would. I It's been 1 month since they "sent" me a replacement. The replacement is nowhere to be found, and my return window has passed. This product can only be used as decoration and the customer service is poor.

Dainty but powerful. Everything you need for a personal diffuser. Very pretty. Has numerous settings and just works quite well. I love it! Received in a very timely manner, Safely wrapped.

Doesn’t work. Very disappointed.

Quits working after a few times

I got first one not working they replace with another one.

Didn't find it to have as strong an output as I had hoped but nevertheless it is effective.
